PHP Developer

What we are looking for

We’re looking for a PHP Developer. Do you have the desire to evolve and work within a competent and versatile team? Do you have strong development and technology skills and are you constantly looking to improve? Then we are made to work together.

You will participate in new web platform development projects (websites, intranet, ecommerce sites, transactional sites...). We have many projects underway and want to increase the capabilities of our development team in order to increase our web expertise.

You will join a quality work environment and participate in the implementation of good development practices in a Quebec agency that shines. You will bring your know-how and your PHP expertise in a continuous integration context.

Your tasks will include:

• Be able to develop solid, scalable web solutions ;
• Be curious and open-minded about technological developments ;
• Be meticulous about applying industry best practices ;
• Help scale up and customize websites and applications developed in PHP for Tink’s clients ;
• Working with the internal or external client relationship team in line with the development cycle ;
• Estimating the workload with the development team ;
• Working in a multi-project environment ;
• Helping to develop work methods (methodologies, technologies, and tools).

You are the right person if you are or have:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience ;
• Excellent knowledge of PHP and LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP-FPM) architecture;
• Worked with or developed modules and websites using Drupal 7, 8, and 9 ;
• Knowledge of REST practices (JSON, XML) and microservice logic ;
• Have knowledge of devops tools (jenkins, docker, phing) ;
• Have ability to communicate efficiently, manage priorities, and adapt quickly to changing environments ;
• Participate to Scrum meetings and estimates ;
• Have development experience with Magento platform ;
• Have knowledge of other PHP Frameworks (Silex, Laravel, CodeIgniter, Zend) ;
• Have knowledge of OWASP security standards.
